摘要
分析了哈尔滨市勘察测绘研究院近年来对3维地理信息系统开发工作所采用的方式、方法及效果,阐述了建立插件式3维地理信息系统的重要性、必要性及迫切性,并对该系统所采用的关键技术、系统功能及其创新点作了详细的描述。
This paper analyzed the adapted methods and effects of the Three - dimensional geographic information system development for Harbin Geotechnical Investigation and Surveying Institute in the recent years. It also discussed the importance, necessity and imminence of constructing Plug type Three - dimensional Geographic Information system. Finally, it introduced in detail the key technology, system function and innovation points in the system.
