Google Earth作为一款电子浏览地图,由于其富含的多源地理信息,被各行业的人士所钟爱,尤其在测绘行业内其巨大的辅助作用更是凸显无疑,在本文中笔者结合自身经验,将Google Earth在测绘外业生产中的辅助作用进行一一叙述,总结出提高作业效率、降低劳动强度、方便快捷的生产方法。

As an electronic map, Google Earth is beloved by all trades especially with its huge supporting role in the mapping industry beeause of rich multi - source geographic information. In this paper the authors describe the supporting role of Google Earth in the surveying and mapping industry by combining their experience, and summarize methods to improve operational efficiency, reduce labor intensity and facilitate the production.
