我国大学生婚恋政策的演进与应对

The Evolvement and Coping Strategy of College Students' Marriage Policy in China

自恢复高考以来,我国教育规章在大学生婚恋政策上经历了从"适度禁止"到"严格禁止"再到"完全容许"的变迁过程。这一政策变迁蕴含了"公权与私权的归位、管理与服务的协同、他律与自律的合奏、理想与现实的共生"等丰富而深刻的内涵。高校、学生、家庭及政府都必须认真思考、理性应对,确保政策落实到位并取得理想效果。

Since the resumption of university entrance examination, the education regulations about college students marriage policy have changed from “appropriately banned”to“strictly prohibited”and then to“completely allowed”in our country. This process reflect enrichful, and insightful images and contents like the oneness of public rights and private rights, the cooperation between management and service, the unity of restrain and autonomy and the intergrowth between dream and reality. Therefore, facing this policy, universi- ties, students, families as well as the government must take in depth consideration and response in a rational manner to ensure that it fulfilled reach the designated position and the desired effect.
