手术治疗17例肺曲菌球病患者临床疗效分析

Efficacy analysis on 17 cases of pulmonary aspergillosis disease surgery

目的总结肺曲菌球病外科手术治疗经验。方法分析外科手术治疗17例肺曲菌球病患者的资料,探讨其病因、诊断及手术治疗效果。结果 16例痊愈,1例左肺全切术后并发右肺感染死于多器官功能衰竭,16例术后随访6个月到6年,均无复发。结论根据患者有慢性肺部疾病的基础,反复咯血的临床表现,结合影像学检查可诊断本病,但术前确诊率较低,确诊主要依赖于术后病理学检查,外科手术肺切除是治疗本病的一种较好方法。

Objective To summarize the experience of 17 cases of surgical treatment of pulmonary fungus ball disease. Methods A retrospective analysis of hospital surgical treatment of 17 cases of pulmonary aspergillosis in patients with the information to investigate the etiology, diagnosis and surgical treatment. Results 16 cases recovered, one cases of left lung resection complicated by lung infection died of multiple organ failure, 16 cases were followed up for 6 months to 6 years, no recurrence. Conclusion According to patients with chronic lung disease the basis of the clinical manifesta- tions of hemoptysis, combined with imaging findings to diagnose this disease, but the low rate of preoperative diagnosis, diagnosis depends on pathological examination after surgical lung resection is a better treatment of the disease approach.
