临床护理路径在宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症患者中的应用

Evaluation of the value of clinical nursing pathway combined with laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in treatment of patients with infertility

目的探讨临床护理路径在宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症患者中的应用效果。方法将32例不孕症患者随机分为临床路径管理组(观察组)及传统医疗护理组(对照组)各16例,对比两组的治疗护理效果。结果观察组与对照组比较,住院时间、住院费用、首次下床时间和患者满意度等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径为患者提供了优质服务,可明显缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用,提高患者满意度,是一种行之有效的护理工作方式。

Objective To evaluate the effects of the clinical nursing pathway combined with laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in treatment of patients with infertility. Methods 32 cases were randomly divided into two groups, control group and experimental group. Patients of control group received the traditional method of clinical nursing, patients of experimental group received the clinical development path for nursing. The therapeutic effects between these two groups were compared. Results There were statistiea]ly significant difference on the patients average length of stay, average hospital costs, the first time of ambulation out of bed and patients＂ satisfaction rate between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway as a scientific management model, can enhance the nursing quality of hospital, increase the degree of satisfaction, decrease the medical cost and lighten the patients＇ burden, which thus has great value in clinical application.
