摘要
我国不孕症发病率达12.5%～15%,接近发达国家15%～20%的水平,并呈年轻化趋势.这种现象引起各方面的高度重视.研究表明,不孕症中约10%～20%由免疫因素引起.近年来随着生殖免疫学的发展,相关抗体、免疫因子、基因的相继发现与研究,为免疫性不孕症的预防、诊断、治疗提供了重要依据.
The women morbidity of infertility in our country is 12.5 % to 15 %, close to the level of 15 % to 20 % in developed countries, which was getting younger and younger. This phenomenon is drown more a attention o{ all aspects. Studies have shown that infertility about 10% to 20% caused by the immune factors. With the development of reproductive immunology in recent years, the relative antibodies, the immune factors and the genes have been found in the study. The immune infertility prevention, diagnosis, treatment provides an important basis. A brief overview about the research progress of the related autoantibody was made in the paper.
