试论公民政治参与的途径

On Citizen's Approach of Political Participation

我国实施公民政治参与的途径主要有四条：一是健全政治参与机制，二是加强干部公仆意识，三是创造良好的政治心理背景，四是加强公民参与政治的立法和执法。

There are mainly four approaches to implementing citizen's political participation: perfecting the mechanism of political participation, heightening cadres' awareness of being Public servants, supplying good political and psychological backgrounds and strengthening legislation and enforcement of law concerning citizens' political participation.
