娄底市产业结构与就业结构问题研究——基于结构偏离度视角

Research on Loudi Industry Structure and Employment Structure——Based on Structure Deviation Degree

产业结构与就业结构的和谐发展是优化产业结构、实现充分就业的必然要求。本文以娄底年鉴历年统计数据为依据，运用结构偏离度这一指标对娄底撤地建市以来的产业结构和就业结构的协调性进行了分析，结果表明，其产业结构与就业结构存在一定的失衡，如何实现二者的良性互动、共同发展是娄底当前社会经济发展中面临的重大课题。

The harmonious development of the industrial structure and employment structure is an inevitable re- quirement for optimizing the industrial structure and achieving full employment. Based on the statistics data of Loudi Yearbook, the paper analyzes the coordination of industrial structure and employment structure by using structural deviation degree since Loudi was founded as a city. As a result, its industrial structure and employment structure is in an imbalance. How to realize positive interaction and common development of the both structure is the major task which will be faced in Loudi economic development.
