赏识教育符合素质教育的总体要求，对于培养健康人格、挖掘学生多方面的潜能具有重要意义。高职软件专业教育中应积极践行赏识教育法，从建立教师威信入手，增强运用赏识法在项目教学中的有效性；以进步为闪光点对学生进行赏识，增强运用赏识法的针对性；以教学目标为导向，增强运用赏识法的适度性；正确运用批评、激励、增强赏识教育的有效性；综合运用各种赏识方式，发挥赏识法的动力放大作用。

Appreciation of education, in line with tile overall requirements of the quality of education, is of an important significance to develop student＇s health personality and tap their potential abilities. Appreciation of education should be actively practiced in higher vocational software professional education by starting from the establishment of a teachers＇prestige to enhance the effectiveness of the method in a project teaching, by using properly all kinds of appre- ciating ways such as criticizing, stimulating to enhance the effectiveness and function.
