小城镇土地利用潜力评价研究

随着城镇化的不断发展,我国城镇化水平得到不断的提高,但同时也带来了很多问题,影响了小城镇建设的持续发展。本文以兴宁市新陂镇作为研究对象,构建了适合小城镇的土地潜力评价指标体系,开展了土地利用潜力评价和潜力拓展分析,结果说明兴宁市新陂镇土地集约利用水平还比较好,土地利用潜力比较高。通过对兴宁市新陂镇土地利用潜力的研究,为我国小城镇的土地利用潜力调查评价探索一套科学有效的技术路线和方法,为全面开展小城镇土地利用潜力调查工作提供技术参考和经验借鉴。

With the process of countryside urbanization, the urbanization level have been constantly improved, while brought a lot of questions affected the continued development of the construction of small towns. The paper, taking Xinhei Town of Xingning City as an example, established a new index system for small town, and developed the land use potential research. The result shown that the level of land intensive use is still relatively high and there is potential for expansion. Through the research the land use potential of Xinbei Town, the paper explore a scientific and effective routes and methods for small town land use potential evaluation, and provide technology and experience reference for developing overall land use potential evaluation.
