生态系统具有开放性、非平衡性、非线性,能通过涨落的调节达到新的有序。生态系统是一个具有耗散结构功能的系统。生态平衡是指一个未受干扰或少受干扰的生态耗散结构系统,其组成、结构、物质和能量的输入、输出都处于动态平衡。人类要维护生态平衡,必须尊重客观规律,从而实现经济又好又快的发展。

The ecosystem is an open,non-equilibrium,nonlinear,through the fluctuation of the adjustment to a new order.Ecosystem structure and function is a dissipative system.Ecological balance is disturbed or less an undisturbed eco-system of dissipative structure,its composition,structure,material and energy inputs and outputs are in dynamic equilibrium.To maintain the ecological balance of human beings,must respect the objective laws,in order to achieve sound and rapid economic development.
