Status quo and prospect of professional degree of nursing post graduate training

在护理学正式获评为一级学科的同时我国也开始启动专业学位护理研究生的培养工作,但在招生标准、课程设置、教学方式等多方面缺乏统一标准,不同院校的培养方案和培养水平参差不齐。为加快我国护理专业学位硕士研究生培养质量和步伐、更好促进护理专业的发展,应结合国情,适当借鉴国外成熟的培训经验。

When the nursing officially was rated as first level discipline, our country started the training work of professional degree of nursing post grad- uates, but it was lacking of uniform standards in admissions standards, curriculum setting and teaching methods, and the training programs and training level among different colleges and universities were uneven. In order to speed up the quality and pace of training professional degree of nursing graduates and better promote the development of the nursing profession, we should be in conjunction with the national conditions and learn from foreign mature training experience properly.
