长江海事电子巡航系统的开发与实现 被引量:6

摘要 文章研究如何运用新一代电子信息技术,改变现有的出艇巡航方式,提升长江海事安全监管水平,促进海事管理的科学化、精确化、可视化及可持续发展。研究建立在计算机平台上模拟的船舶自动巡航与跟踪、渡口(码头)自动视频巡航与预警、重点江段的自动视频巡航、重点危险源的综合巡航、重点江段适航条件巡航与预警、船舶船机巡航与预警等电子巡航的技术架构。
