参合陂之役前燕魏关系略论

On the Relation between the Warring States Yan and Wei before the Sanhepo Battle

参合陂之役是后燕和北魏之间进行的一次影响深远的大战。战前两国曾有过短暂的结盟。两国的分歧在于后燕欲控制北魏，而后者则寻求独立，矛盾在争夺贺兰部众问题上爆发，导致两国绝交。当作为缓冲区的西燕势力被消灭后，两国的战争进不可避免。

The Sanhepo Battle is a battle between the Later Yan and the Northern Wei which had profound and lasting influence. The two formed an alliance for a short period of time before the battle. The divergence of the two lies at the fact that the former wanted to control the latter, but the latter sought independence. They broke off relations when both of them strived to rule the Helan tribe. When the buffer zone I the Western Yan, was conquered, the war was inevitable.
