摘要 为了平缓新能源发电系统输出功率的波动,使其能量输出的可控性更强,将1个储能系统集成入新能源发电系统中。由于储能装置的资金需求与其容量基本上成正比关系,合理评估计算储能系统的功率容量和能量容量尤为重要。利用储能电池和储能电容搭配作为储能装置的策略与方法,并通过仿真对储能系统的容量进行合理评估,对系统的总体资金投入进行了计算。结果表明,本文提出的方法能最优化新能源发电系统的总体经济效益。 With the advance in renewable power generation technology, the cost of renewable energy becomes increasingly competitive compared to fossil fuel-based generation resources. It is economically beneficial to large amounts of renewable capacity integrated in power system. Unlike traditional generation facilities, however, using renewable resources for the power generation creates technical challenges in producing continuous power. In this paper, an energy storage system (ESS) is integrated to smooth the fluctuation of renewable power production and make the output power more controllable. Since the capital investment for the storage device is about proportional to its power capacity and energy capacity, it is important to obtain reasonable evaluation of the storage capacities. In this paper, a battery and a capacitor is proposed to work together as an ESS, and the capacities of the ESS are estimated and the overall economic effect is examined by simulation. The result shows that the method proposed in this paper is able to maximize the overall economic benefits of the renewable power generation system. To make the results more convincing, analyses in this paper start with wind generation for wind has greater variability and unpredictability than other renewable sources.
