摘要
选用聚醚酰亚胺超滤膜作为基膜,以戊二醛交联聚乙烯醇为表面膜材料,制备具有高脱盐率、高通量复合纳滤膜纳滤膜。主要考察了聚合物浓度、交联剂含量及膜在乙醇中耐溶剂性能。在PVA浓度为1.5wt%;交联剂戊二醛为1.0wt%;交联时间为10min的条件下,制得的复合膜在0.4MPa、常温下,对0.5mg/L的Na2SO4截留率为53.4%,通量为6.96L/m2h。而对同浓度的NaCl、MgCl2的截留率为13.03%和11.59%,通量在15L/m2h左右。
Polyetherimide (PEI) UF membrane is used as support membrane and PVA cross-linked with glutaraldehyde is used as functional membrane material in preparation of composite membrane with high flux and rejection. Effect of polymer concentration, cross-linking agent concentration and solvent resistance are studied in this work. When PVA concentration is 1.5wt%, glutaraldehyde concenu'ation is 1.0wt% and curing time is 10 min, the membrane prepared has good performance. The rejections to Na2SO4, NaC1 and MgCl2 are 53.4%, 13.03% and 11.59%, respectively. The membrane flux is 15 L/m^2h.
