桑椹中原花青素超声波提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用超声波辅助提取技术,利用响应面法优化桑椹原花青素提取工艺。在单因素试验基础上,选取提取时间、提取温度和料液比作为影响因子,应用Box-Behnken中心组合设计建立数学模型,以吸光值为响应值,进行响应面分析(RSA)。结果表明,桑椹原花青素最佳提取参数是:提取温度为63℃,料液比为1:46,提取时间为36min。响应面模型在此条件下预测的桑椹原花青素提取率是0.944%,验证值为0.983%。与预测值相对误差为4.13%。 Ultrasonic extraction and response surface method was used for optimizing the extraction technology of proanthecyanidins. Based on single-factor experiment, extraction time, extraction temperature and ration of material to liquid were selected as influencing factors during extraction. The experiment mathematical model was arranged according to Box-Behnken central composite experiment design. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition for proanthocyanidins were extraction time 36min, extraction temperature 63 ℃, ration of material to liquid were 1 □46. The predicted extraction rate of proanthocyanidins was 0.944%, and the verification extraction rate was 0.983%, with relative error of 4.15%.
