摘要
角色冲突是指人们在家庭和社会的角色扮演过程中,角色功能难以实现的心理和行为不协调的状态。高校女教师的角色冲突源于其性别角色与社会角色之间的矛盾,女教师应当从社会、家庭及个人诸方面突破自我发展的羁绊,真正从角色冲突中走出来,在平等、和谐中实现自身的发展。
Role conflict is the condition of discordant mentality and behavior of people when it is hard for them to realize the role functions in the process of acting family and social roles. The essay analyses roles conflicts of female university teachers which originate from their gender roles and social ones and makes the conclusion those female university teachers should break through the barriers and role conflicts in the respects of society, family and individual affairs to realize their own development in an equal and harmonious way.
