银行的IT建设已经进行了多年,IT信息化建设的重点已经从建设阶段逐步转变为以应用为主的运行维护阶段。IT运维管理中存在着思维转变、开发转运维、问题及时发现、人员发展等问题。要进行卓有成效的IT运维管理,就要转变观念,认识到运维的重要性,合理、妥善解决开发转运维的问题;就要引入ITIL流程驱动方法进行管理,及时有效地发现并处理问题,建立合理的IT激励约束机制,深入发掘、积极创新。创新才是IT运维的生命力。
The bank's IT construction has been carried out for many years,IT informatization construction has been the focus of the construction phase is gradually converted to and application of the main operation and maintenance phase.IT operation management there is a shift in thinking,the development of transport dimension,timely detection of problems,the problem such as development.To be very fruitful in the IT operation management,must change idea,recognize the importance of reasonable operation and maintenance,development,and properly solve the transporter dimension problem;it is necessary to introduce the ITIL process driven method to carry on the management,timely and effectively finding and solving problems,establish reasonable IT incentive constraint mechanism,explore,innovate actively.Innovation is the vitality of IT operation.
