摘要
青光眼是一种常见的致盲眼病，我国正常人群发病率约0．21％～1．64％，其以进行性视神经损害导致视力丧失为特征，最终常致盲。青光眼的视神经损害机制尚不明确，认为是多因素作用的结果，最终为视网膜神经节细胞（RGCS）的进行性凋亡或死亡，
