摘要
通过对合肥市部分“五四学制”实验学校多年跟踪调查研究,得出如下结论:(1)“五四学制”比“六三学制”更适合于素质教育。素质教育给“五四学制”确定了方向,规定了目标,“五四学制”又把素质教育的“可能”变成“可行”,“五四学制”具有重要的理论和现实意义。(2)在安徽省部分地区,尤其是合肥市完全具备了把九年义务教育的“六三学制”转换成“五四学制”的主观和客观条件,通过“五四学制”的转换促进素质教育。
Many years of follow - up study of the experiment of the 'System of 5 - 4 year Schooling' in some schools of Hefei conclude that: (1) '5 - 4 year Schooling' is more suitable for quality - oriented education than '6 - 3 year School'. Quality - oriented education points out the direction and fixes the objective, which makes 5 - 4 year schooling possible and feasible; (2) In some areas of Anhui, especially in Hefei, conditions are ready for the transfer from 6 - 3 year schooling to 5 - 4 year schooling, which is beneficial to the performance of quality - oriented compulsory education.
