摘要
随着旅游产业的升级与文化旅游的兴起,饮食文化旅游资源有了更好的发展前景。文章立足于浙北杭嘉湖地区饮食文化旅游资源的基本特征,考察了从饮食基调、风味特点、人文艺术成就、特色产品等方面的饮食文化旅游资源;并结合现代旅游的发展趋势,构建浙北地区饮食文化旅游资源开发模式"产品——人文——经济"的阶段模式。为饮食文化旅游资源的开发提供有效参考。
With the upgrading of the tourism industry and the rise of cultural tourism,food culture and tourism resources has better prospects for development.Based on the basic characteristics of the regional food culture tourism resources in the north of Zhejiang,the article investigates diet from tone,flavor characteristics,art achievements,product characteristics,carding and finishing diet culture tourism resources,and combines with modern tourism-trends,builds stage model of cultural tourism resources of products-Humanities-economic in northern Zhejiang,and provides effective reference for development of culture tourism resources.
