铁路高职院校校企共建接触网综合实训基地研究

Research of Contact Comprehensive Training Base Built by Railway Vocational Colleges and Enterprises Together

铁路已进入跨越式发展的时代。本文从铁路高职院校在此背景下寻求自身发展的需要出发，通过分析国内相关铁路高职院校实训基地建设数据和案例，认为铁路高职院校明确校企合作共建接触网综合实训基地的思路，在不断优化专业设置、调整专业规模的同时，在基地环节设计、技术实施设计、基地功能设计等环节重视校企合作开展实训基地建设，实现特色资源共享，拓宽校企合作内容，激发行业参与“工学结合”的内在动力，进一步加强教育教学改革，提高人才培养质量，促使高职教育与铁路企业协调发展。

Railway has entered the leap-forward development of the times. Through analysis of the data and cases of relevant domestic railway vocational colleges training base construction, this paper thinks that railway vocational colleges should make clear the thought of school-enterprise cooperation contact comprehensive training base, that they should pay more attention to the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, in order to realize the characteristic resource sharing, broaden the school-enterprise cooperation content, further strengthen the education teaching reform, and improve the quality of talent training.
