就高校辅导员队伍建设工作存在的对辅导员职业定位不科学、选聘体制不健全、考评机制不完善、管理考核不到位等问题进行了分析,并提出相应的对策建议.

This paper analyzes the existing problems during occupation orientation, selection system, evaluation mechanism and management assessment for college counselors, and lastly the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
