What Will TRIPS Do for Developing Countries

从 Trips制定背景和其内容等方面入手 ,指出与贸易相联系的知识产权国际保护将会给发展中国家带来何种影响 ,并以中国为例展开层层剖析 ,试图探寻发展中国家既要保护本国利益 ,又要使本国知识产权立法达到 Trips要求的两全之策。最后 ,作者就中国知识产权保护制度的改进提出了若干建议。

Starting with the backgrounds of TRIPS and some aspects of its content, this paper analyses and points out the effects of TRIPS on the developing countries. Taking China as an example, it sets out deep going analysis and intends to make the best of both measures that not only protects national benefits but also lets national legislation on intellectual property meet the requirements of TRIPS.At last, some suggestions are made on the improvements of Chinese intellectual property protection system.
