摘要
利用已有的齿轮设计参数通过matlab计算齿面离散点,将其导入到catia中进行建模,保存适当文件后应用hypermesh对其划分网格,最后导入到ansys中进行接触分析。
The gear design parameters was used to have calculated the discrete points of the tooth surface by MATLAB,the discrete points were led into CATIA to create the three-dimensional solid model,then to keep appropriate files and mesh it with HYPERMESH.Finally the model was imported into ANSYS to carry out analysis of the contact situation.
