首届全国检察理论研究年会对几个问题进行了集中研讨 :检察机关的性质和地位问题 ;检察机关的职权范围问题 ;司法改革的方向问题 ;推行主诉检察官办案责任制问题 ;检察官管理制度问题 ;检察机关内部制约机制问题 ;完善民事、行政监督立法问题 ;检察经费保障问题。与会者就诸多改革举措理论的科学性、操作的可行性、推广的急迫性、实践的完善性、模式构建的系统性进行了深入研讨与交流 ,必将对检察改革的深入展开起到推动作用。

The 1st national conference about the theoretica research of prosecution around the country carried discussion on: the property and position of prosecution; the area of the prosecutions duty and power; the direction of the judicature reforming; the inquisitors duty manufacture; the inquisitors administration institution; the internal condition mechanism; how to consummate lawmaking to supervise civil and administration; and the guarantee of outlay. The assembly discussed and interchanged opinion about the scientification of theory, feasibility of operation, instancy of popularization, maturity of practice, and systematization of mode building of a good many reforming act. The conference provided a fresh theory for deepening the reforming of prosecution. It had made a good atmosphere, and shoule urge the reforming of prosecution.
