摘要
高职院校招生时不细分专业即按专业大类进行招生,入校后实行二次专业选择是促进学生个性发展及满足社会对人才多样化需求的理性选择。"专业大类招生,分流培养"模式的实施,关键在于以大类专业领域实际工作岗位群所需要的知识能力和基本素质为主线,构建"核心+方向"适应性模块化系列课程体系。其中,"核心"模块是保证专业大类人才的基本规格和职业发展的共性要求;"方向"模块主要是实现不同专业方向人才的分流培养,体现专业个性和专业发展。
The large class specialty enrollment model indicates that higher vocational schools don't recruit students accord- ing to specialties, and help students to choose their specialties after they entering into school. It is an reasonable selec- tion for promote the personality development of students and meet the diversified demands for talents of society. The key of implementation of "Big Specialties Enrollment and Separate Training" lies in the construction of adaptive "core + direc- tion" curriculum system that takes the knowledge, abilities and basic qualities demanded by practical posts of big special- ty field as the main clue. In which, the "core" module is the common requirements for ensuring the basic standard and professional development of big specialty talents; "direction" module aims to realize the division cultivation of different specialties, which embodies the specialty personality and specialty development.
