轿车车内中频噪声分析及车身板件优化 被引量:1

摘要 为降低轿车车内中频噪声问题,采用有限元与统计能量混合的方法对某国产轿车的车内声场进行建模,在动力总成激励和路面激励下对模型进行了仿真分析。通过车身板件功率贡献分析,找到对驾驶室噪声影响较大的板件,并对前围板、顶棚等关键板件添加不同的阻尼和改变衬底材料等进行声学处理,对比分析整车模型处理前后的车内噪声值,证明了控制方法的有效性。 The basic theory of the finite element and statistical energy hybrid method is adopted for modeling based on a sample passenger car in order to reduce in-car noise in mid-frequency. The simulation results were analyzed based on excitation from the powertrain and the road. The body panel impacted the in-care noise best is decided with analyzing power contribution. The noise of the in-car is compared with changing the substrate material and damping for front windshield and ceiling, and the control meth ods is proved the effectiveness.
