移圈针上弹簧片及针槽工艺尺寸研究

摘要 在移圈针的使用过程中,弹簧片的脱落是导致其非正常失效的形式之一,严重影响着移圈针的使用寿命和织物的质量。造成该现象的主要原因是弹簧片安装不牢固。为了明确弹簧片及其安装槽(简称针槽)尺寸对其安装牢度的影响,得出了在现有生产条件下能保证成品率的最佳尺寸,设计了一种实验方案。采用该方案,得出了针槽的最佳尺寸范围为2.00~2.04mm、弹簧片的最佳尺寸范围为1.98~2.00mm,认为针槽尺寸对弹簧片安装牢度的影响主要取决于流动金属的流动方向和流动距离,同时指明,对于尺寸偏大的针槽可以采用增大安装力的措施予以补救。 The shedding of springs from the transfer-needles during the working process was one of the unusual failure modes of the transfer needles,reducing the life of the transfer needles and affecting the quality of the fabric. To solve this problem,a series of experiments were designed and carried out. The results showed that the dimensions of the groove and the spring were the main influencing factors of the installation of the springs. The optimum size of the groove and the spring was 2. O0 ~2.04 mm and 1.98 ~ 2. O0 ram, respectively. Meanwhile, it was pointed out that the influence of the groove dimensions on the installation of the springs was depend on the flowing direction and distance of the metal, and increasing the installation force properly could remedy the defect resulting from the oversize grooves.
