摘要
讨论了一种新型斜盘式脉动无级变速器的结构设计,介绍了该变速器的主要结构特点和设计思路,介绍了主要零件的强度校核过程和结果。设计和校核结果表明,该变速器的结构合理,主要零件满足强度要求。
Structural design of a new type of swashplate pulse Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) is discussed and struc ture sketch is presented. The features for the main structure and the design ideas of this CVT are introduced. The process of the strength check and results for the main parts of this CVT are described too. The results of design and strenght check show that the structure of this CVT is reasonable. Strength values of the main parts of this CVT are in a range safety.
