摘要
采用正交试验方法对铜尾矿制备加气混凝土配合比进行研究,探讨了铜尾矿、石灰、水泥、石膏掺量和水料比对加气混凝土强度的影响。结果表明,在上述5个因素中,铜尾矿的掺量对加气混凝土强度的影响最大;按优化配比制备的加气混凝土平均密度为619.1 kg/m3,平均抗压强度为4.5 MPa,符合A3.5、B06级加气混凝土合格品的规定,满足环保利废和建筑节能的要求。
Orthogonal experiment method is applied to research on mixture ratio design of aerated concrete with tailings of copper mine,the effect of the content of tailings of copper mine,lime,cement,gypsum replacement and water-solid ratio on the strength of aerated concrete was discussed. The results show that among the five factors above, the content of the tailings of copper plays the most significant role on the strength of aerated concrete;and in appropriate conditions,the prepared tailing aerated concrete has average density of 619.1 kg/m3 and average compressive strength of 4.5 MPa that accord with the provision of A3.5 and B06 qualified product of aerated concrete,which fully meet the requirements of environment protection and building energy- saving.
