摘要
采用结构助燃聚醚与刚性良好的聚酯多元醇复配,利用催化剂F催化异氰酸酯发生三聚化反应,制备了性能优异的硬泡聚氨酯材料。通过无机薄毡覆面,在流水线上生产了符合GB 50404—2007《硬泡聚氨酯保温防水工程技术规程》的NK-YB02聚氨酯复合保温板,并与市面上其它聚氨酯复合板的系统安全使用性能进行了对比。结果表明:无机薄毡能降低聚氨酯硬泡的饱和吸水量,提高硬泡聚氨酯的燃烧性能和尺寸稳定性。NK-YB02聚氨酯复合保温板在40℃以下表现为收缩,且温度降低,收缩增大;在40℃以上表现为膨胀,且温度升高,膨胀增大。NK-YB02聚氨酯复合板饱和吸水时间为3 d,不同温度下的尺寸变化稳定时间为28 d。
One high performance rigid polyurethane foam material was prepared by compositing the structure combustion polyether and polyester polyols,with the trimerization catalyst F catalyzing isocyanate trimerization reaction. NK-YB02 polyurethane composite insulating board was prepared by cladding inorganic mat. Its performance can meet the national standard GB 50404--2007 "Technical Specification for Rigid Polyurethane Foam Insulation Waterproof Engineering", and its performance of system security was studied by comparison test with other products. The results indicate that the inorganic mat can reduce the saturated water absorption of rigid polyurethane foam and increase the combustion characteristics and dimensional stability. NK-YB02 polyurethane composite insulation board shrinks below 40 ℃, and the temperature decreases,the contraction increased; However, it shows expansion in more than 40 ℃, and the temperature increases,The expansion increases, the saturated absorbent ratio of NK-YB02 polyurethane composite plate of is 3 days, and its size is steady after 28 days.
