摘要
结合矿物掺和料与聚合物的优点,根据水泥抗硫酸盐腐蚀性指标来探讨丙烯酸钙与矿物掺合料复合改性水泥的抗蚀性能,实验采用以粉煤灰和矿渣为变量,丙烯酸钙为定量的方式进行,同时结合电子扫描电镜分析水泥试样的微观组织形貌。结果表明,复合1.5%的丙烯酸钙浆液与10%的矿渣可有效地改善水泥的抗蚀性,其抗蚀系数增幅为16.94%。
In this paper, we combined the advantages of polymer and mineral admixture, studied the influence of calcium acrylate and mineral admixture on the corrosion resistance of cement in the lab. We discussed the corrosion resistance by index of resistance to Na2SO4 solution. We did this experiment using calcium acrylate as the ration and mineral admixture as variable. Simultaneously,we analyzed the microstructure and micro-morphology by SEM. We found that,when the dosage of calcium is 1.5% and dosage of slag is 10% corrosion resistance of cement was improved,the coefficient increased by 16.94%.
