摘要
运用东方管理学"三为"核心思想,在企业实践中,提出了企业"以人为本的发展观、以德为先的价值观、人为为人的经营观"的"三为"实践理论,阐述了其独特的内涵和意义,并通过深入分析中国建筑企业海外经营管理的现状和存在的问题,以"三为"实践理论解决中国建筑企业的海外经营管理中存在的问题,以期为国内建筑企业的海外经营管理提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the "San Wei" Core Thoughts, this essay put forward the "San Wei" Practical Theory in the enterprise practice, which are "Putting People in the First Place" outlook on corporate development, "Regarding Morality as Priority" in corporate value and "Conducting Oneself so as to Serve Others" in corporate operation and management. By expounding the special connotation and significance, this essay analyses the status and the problems of overseas operation and management in Chinese construction enterprises. Using the "San Wei" Practical Theory, we try to solve those problems, and provide experiences and references for other Chinese construction enterprises' overseas operations and management.
