摘要
随着企业的发展,企业管理复杂性愈加凸显,在人力资源管理上,就表现为人才吸引和保留政策设计上的困难和复杂。从企业战略角度出发进行薪酬管理,有利于企业统筹薪酬,有针对性地激励企业中的各类人才。本文基于系统分析方法,分析了企业战略薪酬管理系统的基本特征,并构建了企业战略薪酬管理系统,并在此基础上进一步探讨了战略薪酬管理系统的协同内容与协同效应。
With the development of the enterprise, the business management is becoming more and more complex. What reflects in human resource management is the difficulties and complexity of the policy design aiming at talent attraction and retention. Strategic compensation management, that is implement compensation management from the perspective of enterprise strategy, benefits the overall compensation management and is more proper to encourage the different kinds of employees. Base on the system analysis method, this paper analysis the basic characteristic of the strategic management system, build the strategic compensation management system, and then describe the synergy mechanism and synergy effectiveness of the strategic compensation management further more.
