摘要
湿空气透平循环是新型动力循环的重要发展方向之一。基于某微型燃气轮机,构建微型湿空气透平(humid airturbine,HAT)循环原型实验系统,研究了满负荷和部分负荷下HAT循环的热力性能和NOx排放性能,分析后冷器对循环性能的影响。结果表明,相比回热循环微燃机,满负荷时微型HAT循环发电功率提高约23%,发电效率提高约18%,且随负荷降低,发电效率的相对增加值提高;各负荷下微型HAT循环NOx排放降低30%以上。同时实验还证实对于微型HAT循环,有、无后冷器时循环热力性能相当。
Humid air turbine cycle is one of the important development directions for novel power cycle.A prototype experiment system of micro-humid air turbine(HAT) cycle was built on the basis of a micro gas turbine.The experimental studies of thermodynamic and NOx emission performances for HAT cycle were carried out at full load and part load,and the influence of aftercooler on cycle performance was analyzed.Results show that output power of micro-HAT cycle raises about 23% and electrical efficiency raises about 18% than regenerative cycle at full load.With load reducing,the electrical efficiency increases the relative higher values.The discharge of NOxfor micro HAT cycle reduces above 30% at every experimental load.In addition,there are equivalent thermodynamic performances for micro HAT cycle with or without aftercooler.
