Girdin蛋白在细胞信号通路中的作用

摘要
Girdin是1个多结构域的信号分子,它能与磷酸肌醇3激酶(P13K)、Gα和蛋白激酶B(Akt)等结合并发生相互作用,在细胞信号转导过程中起着桥梁和纽带的作用。研究结果显示Girdin在促进细胞迁移及血管生成等方面具有重要作用,细胞迁移是胚胎发育、炎症、血管发生和肿瘤发展等病理生理过程的关键环节。研究结果表明Girdin及相关信号通路在多种病理生理过程中发挥重要作用,包括伤口愈合、巨噬细胞趋化性、肿瘤细胞迁移、在血管形成期间内皮细胞迁移等。
