摘要
如何根据城市降雨规律及区域情况选择调蓄方式,对初雨调蓄工程设计运行及工程效益都有着重要意义。通过对合肥市20多年的降雨资料及初雨水质监测分析,结合现状已建设施及区域情况,从技术、经济、可实施性等方面对两种调蓄方案(分别设3座调蓄池和1根调蓄管+1座调蓄池)进行详细比选,最终确定采用调蓄管+调蓄池方案,可同时解决初雨污染和提高防汛标准等问题。该工程方案风险小,运行管理简单,可为相关雨水调蓄工程提供参考。
For prediction of initial rainwater storage engineering design and benefits, it is vital to select storage methods based on urban rainfall principles and regional situations. By means of analyzing the 20-year rainwater quality data for Hefei, combined with present constructed situations and regional situations, two kinds of storage schemes including three storage tanks and one storage pipe plus one stor- age tank were compared in terms of technology, economy and practicability. The scheme using storage pipe plus storage tank was selected for its low risk and simple operation management. The scheme can control the initial rainwater pollution and upgrade the flood control standard.
