摘要
针对桂林市七里店城镇污水厂污泥沉积严重、能耗较高的现状,将原Carrousel氧化沟工艺系统的竖轴表面曝气器改造为可变微孔曝气器和潜水推流器推流相结合的系统。此次改造,使得该污水处理厂出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准,大部分指标优于一级A标准,并实现了提标节能降耗的目标,改造后处理单位污水能耗降幅为23%~45%,获得了较好的经济效益,起到了工程示范作用。
Because of severe activated sludge deposit and high energy consumption in Guilin Qilidian Sewage Treatment Plant, the vertical surface aeration system of Carrousel oxidation ditch process was replaced by the microporous aeration system combined with underwater flow impellers. After the recon- struction, the effluent quality met the first level B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ), and most of the indexes were superior to the first level A criteria. The energy consumption for unit wastewater treatment was reduced by 23 % to 45%. better economic benefit was achieved The reconstruction project has a demonstration effect.
