摘要
生产性服务业在全球价值链的系统整合中处于关键性地位,拥有强大的研发能力并掌控整个价值链是生产性服务业的核心功能。依托巨大的国内市场,以生产性服务业为龙头,构建独立自主的制造业国家价值链,是中国制造业转型升级的根本措施。在中国制造业国家价值链的构建中,生产性服务业主要通过四种途径发挥着核心作用:中国制造业的领导型企业作为系统整合者主要执行的是包括研发在内的生产性服务功能,这是成长为中国跨国公司的基本途径;专业化市场交易平台承担着国内市场高度组织化并获取国际定价权的重要职能;国家价值链的国外布局是构建中国制造业全球价值链的初步尝试;电子商务革命和连锁专卖体系等新型生产性服务业的兴起,不仅是中国制造业企业打破营销商垄断国内终端销售渠道的有力途径,也是其突破跨国公司垄断发达国家终端销售市场的历史机遇。
Producer services, whose core functions are possessing strong R&D capabilities and controlling the whole value chain, are in a key position in the system integration of global value chain. The fundamental measure for the transforming and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing is to construct independent national manufacturing value chain with producer services as the leader, and relies on huge domestic market. During the construction of the national manufacturing value chain, producer services play a central role mainly in four ways: As system integrators, China' s leading manufacturing enterprises mainly perform the productive service functions which include research and development, and this is the basic way for these enterprises to grow into multinational corporations; Specialized market trading platform undertakes vital responsibilities to build a highly organized domestic market and gain international pricing power; The layout of national value chain in the foreign market is an initial attempt to construct the global value chain of Chinese manufacturing; The rise of new producer services, such as e-commerce revolution and franchise chain system and so on, is not only a powerful way for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to break the monopoly of marketers on domestic terminal sales channels, hut also a historical opportunity for them to break the monopoly of multinational companies on the terminal sales markets of developed countries.
