摘要
揭示中国转向低碳的投资——创新双驱动的新发展方式的必要性;借鉴国内外学者的相关研究,建立科技促进发展方式转型的经济增长模型和节能减排模型;在此基础上,利用一般均衡分析方法,对2012-2020年中国向低碳经济转型中的科技、环保投入、能耗、污染物排放量、投资率、产业结构、人力资本以及经济增长率等进行优化设计和模拟分析,以确定中国经济发展方式转型的优化路径。
This paper revealed the necessity of investment and innovative dual - driven development model since China's shift to low carbon By taking example of the abroad related research and domestic related research, established the economic growth model and the energy conservation and emissions reduction model by technology which promoted the transformation of development way. On this basis, we optimally designed and simulatively analysed some factors among the progress of transform to low carbon economy of 2012 -2020 in order to verify the optimizal way of Chinese ecnomic development way ,including technology,environmental protection investment,ener- gy consumption ,pollution emissions ,investment rate ,industrial structure ,human capital ,economic growth rate and so on.
