摘要
针对缓变数据采集系统的存储和处理器等硬件资源受限情况,设计一个简单高效的具有串口通信和大容量存储系统是开发的关键。讨论了ARM数据采集系统的实现难点,设计并实现了一个基于ARM芯片LPC2141和SD卡的数据采集系统。该系统用6通道AD采样,采样速率超过400Ks/s;采用大容量SD卡存储数据;扩展USB与上位机连接传输功能,传输率可达1M/s。经测试,系统对不同型号的存储卡兼容性良好,数据存储和传输性能稳定,与市场同类产品相比制作成本低,应用性好。
Aimed at the limitation of storage and processor of the slow data acquisition system, how to design simple and efficient serial communication and large capacity storage system is pivotal in development. After discussing the difficulties of implementing based on ARM, the data acquisition system based on SD card and LPC2141 which is a kind of ARM chip is designed and imple- mented. The system adopts 6 channels AD sampling, which sampling rate is more than 400ks/s, and large capacity storage SD card, and extends the transmission function using USB to connect the host computer which transmission rate is about 1M/s. The testing shows that the system has good compatibility with different types of storage card, and stable performance of storing and transferring data. Compared with the products of the same category, it is low-cost and highly competitive.
