摘要
本文介绍了一种在车床上利用弹性刀具的自激振动制造金属短纤维的方法。在实验的基础上,分析了金属纤维形成的条件和切削过程的动态行为。研究了振动参数和切削条件对纤维尺寸的影响。实验表明,通过切削条件和振动参数的优化组合能够得到满意的纤维尺寸。
This paper introduces the manufacturing method of short metal fibres using self-excited vibration of an elastic tool on the lathe. The condition and dynamic behavior of fibre formation are analyzed. The influance of natural frequency of elastic tool and cutting condition on equivalent diameter of a fibre are experimentally researched. It shows that the satisfactory equivalent diameter of fibre can be obtained through the optimization of the above parameters and conditions.
