摘要
本文采用酰化法和DCC法合成了一系列叔醇酯。分别以不同的叔醇和不同的羧酸为原料有效的得到了乙酸叔丁酯,乙酸柏木酯,丙烯酸柏木酯,甲基丙烯酸柏木酯,肉桂酸柏木酯等。研究了反应条件,位阻大小对产率的影响,并着重探索了三环大位阻高级叔醇——柏木醇的酯化方法及影响其合成的的因素。
A series of esters of tertiary alcohols have been effectively synthesized by acylation and the DCC methods. They are t-butyl acetate, cedryl acetate, cedryl propenate, cedryl methyl-propenate and cedryl cinnamate. The effects of reaction condition and the steric hinder of acid on yield have been discusse.Special effort has been made to study the esterification method of cedrol which is a highly sterically hindered tri-cyclic tertiary alcohol and the factors which affect their synthesis.
