106例鸭球虫病例的球虫种类及流行病学调查报告

Investigation Report on coccidia species and epidemiology about the tested 106 cases of duck coccidia

对福建省各地送检的106例鸭球虫病例进行球虫调查。结果表明危害福建省的鸭球虫主要有3种致病球虫,分别是毁灭泰泽球虫、菲莱氏温扬球虫和鸳鸯等孢球虫;在106例中两种或两种以上球虫混合感染的病例67例(占63.21%),表明全省目前鸭球虫病是以多种球虫混合感染为主;同时调查还表明家鸭球虫发病日龄以16～50d居多(占84.91%),发病时间多在每年的3～8月份,发病品种以番鸭居多,这为科学防控鸭球虫病提供了依据。

The author finds the following three major coccidia which are harmful to ducks in Fujian Province ：Tyzzeria perniciosa; Wenyonellaphiliplevinei Leibovitz; Isospora Mandari, through the investigation of tested 106 cases of duck coccidia. Among these cases, there are 67 cases of mixed infection （63.21 percent）which indicates that duck coccidia are mixed infection for the most part. The author also comes to the conclusion that this disease is mainly found among domestic ducks especially muscovy duck aging from 16 days to 50 days （84.91 percent）, mostly from March to August, contributing to the foundation for scientific prevention and control of duck coccidia.
