摘要 在借鉴国内外高等教育顾客满意度测评的基础上,结合我国高等学校的具体情况,综合各方面因素,作者尝试提出了一个高等教育服务的顾客满意度指数模型。通过对河南省六所高校所做的调查进行了验证研究,并在研究分析的基础上给出了相应的结论及建议。 Based on the abroad and domestic research of measure and evaluation of customer satisfaction of higher educational service,with the consideration of the status in China and various factors,the author attempted to put forward an index model of customer satisfaction of higher educational service,and carried out a test by an investigation in six colleges of Henan.The corresponding conclusions and suggestions are given by analyzing the test result.
