走出地方高校双语师资培训的困境

摘要 地方高校双语师资培训是一个需要长期、连续推进的系统工程。该项工作的开展既要依靠教育行政部门的政策性倾斜,更离不开一线教师的积极参与。因此,地方高校要完善双语教师准入机制,制定复合型双语人才行动计划;有效实施双语教师职后转岗培训;立足校本,实施校本行动研究;加强区域性校际合作,促进教育资源共享,从而真正走出高校双语师资培训的困境。 Highly qualified teachers are the key to ensure the success of bilingual teaching in local colleges.Bilingual teachers' training is a systematic project,which is a long-term and continuous process.This paper argues that the bilingual teachers' training should not only rely on the national education administration and policy tilt from local colleges,but also on the active participation of bilingual teachers themselves.We should grasp the opportunity for professional development of bilingual teachers by scientifically planning the training courses and developing more training routes,only in this way can we step out of the plights of bilingual teachers' training in local colleges and universities.
