摘要
通过问卷调查,了解昆明市中职学生自我效能感的整体情况、个体差异及影响因素,促使中职学生通过准确的自我评价、全面的信息收集、合理的目标筛选、清晰的职业规划、高效的问题解决实现从"低成就者"到"高择业者"的转变。
The paper aims to understand the overall status,individual difference and factors of self-efficiency of students in secondary vocational schools by a questionnaire survey,so as to motivate students to realize transitions from "Low Achievers" to "High Career Choosers" by accurate self-assessment,comprehensive information gathering,reasonable goal screening,clear career planning and effective problem solving.
