摘要
毛细管胶束电动色谱是近几年来发展起来的新的色谱分离法。本文较为详细地论述了该法的原理,介绍了一种自制的电动色谱实验装置,并对其实验方法进行讨论,研究了实验条件对分离的影响。对九种电中性化合物进行电动色谱分离试验,获得了较好的结果。
Micellar Electrokinetic capillary Chromatography (MECC) is a new type of chromatogaphy which was developed in recent years. In this paper, the principle of MECC was discussed in detail. The experimental apparatus of Electrokinetic Chromatography wasbuilt and experimental methods were studied. The influence of experimental conditions on separation was observed. The sample containing nine comounds was tested. The good results were obtained.
